Tier II State Championship Exemption Form
The State Championship includes three playing tournaments at each playing level: AA, A, and B. Placement is determined by the number of teams formed at each level per member organization.
Standardized team placement in the State Championship is based on how many teams a member organization has at any given playing level:
- 3 Teams
- 1st Team → AA
- 2nd Team → A
- 3rd Team → B
- 4 Teams
- 1st Team → AA
- 2nd & 3rd Teams → A
- 4th Team → B
- 5+ Teams
- 1st Team → AA
- 2nd & 3rd Teams → A
- 4th, 5th, and additional Teams → B
Exemptions will be required for a team to play in a tournament outside of the structure listed above. There are two types of Exemptions:
“B” Exemption
If your club forms only two (2) teams at a level and your team is the 2nd team, you may apply to play in the B Division.
“AA” team requesting to play “A”
If your club forms only one (1) team at a level (Squirt, Peewee, Bantam, or Midget), you may apply to play in the A Division.

Complete the exemption form and submit all requested information by Sunday, December 15, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
