Illinois State Championship Committee
The AHAI State Tournament Committee meets 1–2 times per month from August through March to oversee the planning and execution of the State Tournament. The committee’s purpose is to manage the tournament process, with one of the most common questions they address being how team rankings are determined. Rankings are based on input from both committees and coaches, as well as team standings throughout the season.
