In an effort to keep our membership aware of the financial aspects of AHAI, below are the financial statements. AHAI performs its annual year end audit after its fiscal year ends on May 31st. The reports will be posted here as soon as they are completed.
AHAI Treasurer
Each Committee of AHAI is responsible for securing any ice required in connection with the programs or events run by such Committee. A Committees selection of a particular venue is dependent upon a number of criteria, including without limitation, number of ice sheets required, time and availability of ice, flexibility of the facility's in scheduling, cost, proximity to hotels and transportation, amenities available at the facility (i.e. concession stands, restaurants, pro shop, meeting rooms with phone line access, hospitality rooms, parking, etc.), ability to add or adjust signage for sponsors, past experience at such facility, such facilitys staffing during the event, the number and availability of volunteers for the event. Additionally, AHAI's current contract with the Village of Bensenville requires that AHAI purchase a certain minimum number of hours at the Edge and AHAI's Committees must take this contractual obligation into consideration when fulfilling their ice requirements.
